Anti-Social Behaviour Patrols

Anti-Social Behaviour Patrols

Good afternoon,

Just a quick update on what your local Neighbourhood Policing Team has been doing over the past few days.

Officers have been conducting high-visibility patrols across Norden, Bamford and Sudden, focusing on areas identified through community concerns and local intelligence. We have also carried out Section 23 stop searches under the Misuse of Drugs Act on individuals known to frequent hotspot locations associated with suspected drug use and dealing.

In addition, officers have been proactively monitoring the manner of driving of motorists in the area and taking appropriate action where necessary. We will continue our efforts this evening, to tackle anti-social behaviour, drug-related activity, and any issues affecting the quality of life within our communities. As the evenings become darker, you can expect to see more reassurance patrols taking place across the area.

If you have any concerns, please speak to us when you see us out on patrol.
